Absolutely not! Our service provides exposure to businesses in the black community in the Chicago area. If you live in or visit Chicago, this site is for you!
Do I need to use my certificate the same day I buy it?
No. Each establishment specifies how long the certificate will be valid and we publish that information prominently along with the Daily Deal details. We work with all of our vendors to ensure that you have as much time as you need to redeem your certificate.
May I purchase a Blackmark-it coupon as a gift?
Yes! Blackmark-it certificates make great presents!!! Simply click the link that says "buy for a friend" and choose to email them a certificate
Is this a secured site for my credit card?
Yes, it is. We use a secured server to transit your card information.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, and PayPal.
Can I return a certificate?
Deals can be canceled the same day that they are purchased until 11:00 p.m. Central. After this time, the sale is final and the Daily Deal certificate is yours to keep (or gift).
What if the business for my certificate goes out of business?
We screen our businesses to make sure they are well established to participate in this service. In the unlikely event that a business closes before you have redeemed your certificate, we will provide you with a refund for any portion of your purchase that was unusable. These refunds will only be provided for certificates that have not expired.
